4. Purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of the register is to manage customer relationships with Unicom’s current customers and to maintain relationships with potential future customers. The personal data stored in the register is used for customer communication and for contacting potential customers.

The register may contain personal data relating to companies and their representatives, such as:– Company name and contact details– First and last name of the company representative– Contact details of the representative (phone number, email address, postal address)– Communication with the company and its representatives– The company’s and its representatives’ interest in Unicom’s products and services

 

6. Regular sources of information
The data controller records information that the company representative provides personally during phone calls, customer meetings, email correspondence, or through the contact form on Unicom’s website.

 

7. Disclosure of data in Finland and outside the EU or EEA
The data controller does not disclose the personal data of company representatives to third parties or outside the EU or EEA, unless required by Finnish authorities.

 

8. Right to object and correction of data
The data subject has the right to prohibit the data controller from processing their personal data for direct marketing and other marketing purposes. The objection must be made in writing. The data subject may inspect the personal data stored about them in the register and request copies of that data. The request for inspection must be made in writing and addressed to the person responsible for register matters. The data subject may also request, in writing, that the data controller correct or delete any inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete personal data contained in the register.
